Apprenticeship: Accredited & Registered through State of NC
In an industry facing a shortage of skilled workers, the best companies create their own talent pipeline. Fountain is committed to this approach through our certified Apprenticeship Program. Our goal is to build a culture of commitment and opportunity, attracting dedicated candidates who are eager to excel in electrical work.
Our program is certified by the North Carolina Department of Labor, the US Department of Labor, and the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). Apprentices earn competitive wages and benefits during the training period. We are a Qualified Inflation Reduction Act Contractor.

- 660 classroom hours, and 8,000 on-the-job hours over a 4 year period
- 27-30 classes per year (no summer classes)
