APPRENTICESHIP
An apprenticeship isn’t just how we bring new people into the trade, it’s how the trade actually gets passed down. Every electrician on our team learned from someone who came before them, and this program is how that continues: real classroom instruction paired with real hours on real job sites, building toward a license that means something. It’s an investment in someone’s entire career, and it’s also how we make sure the standard we hold today is still standing thirty years from now.
That training happens somewhere real, too. Our facility includes four dedicated classrooms and a hands-on training lab built specifically for apprentices, space to practice wiring, panel work, and troubleshooting on real equipment under supervision, before ever doing it solo on a job site.
