The Carolina Theatre restoration revitalized one of Charlotte’s historic cultural landmarks, combining preservation of the original theater with modern additions and amenities. The project included extensive renovations to the historic five-story theater, along with a new five-story addition featuring a spacious lobby, concessions, lounge areas, offices, and event spaces. The transformation preserves the character of the historic venue while creating a modern destination for performances, entertainment, and community events.
