Located in Boone, NC, this 597,174-square-foot, $22 million student housing project provided nearly 2,300 beds across three phases, completed in fall 2020, 2021, and 2022. The project replaced nearly 1,800 existing beds while adding 500 additional beds, along with improved and more efficient parking. A key feature of the development is its heat mat system, which detects snow and ice and provides heat to concrete steps, sidewalks, and other surfaces to help prevent accumulation and improve safety.
