Fountain Electric & Services has been providing industry-leading electrical services and contracting for residential, commercial, and industrial for western NC and upstate SC since 1946.

75 Years...and Counting

Fountain Services, LLC was established in 1946 by Woodrow Pollard Fountain. During World War II, Woodrow Fountain built switchboards and installed electrical systems on emergency naval ships to transport troops. At the end of the war, Woodrow Fountain moved to Rutherford County, NC, and started Fountain Electric Services. Fountain’s son Terry continued the business after Woodrow retired. Today, a third generation of Fountains takes charge, with Woodrow’s grandson Terry Fountain Jr. running the growing business.
