QUALITY CONTROL

A project isn’t finished when the last connection gets made, it’s finished when every system has been tested, verified, and confirmed to match the design it was built from. Our quality control process walks every job through a structured inspection and testing sequence before it’s ever called complete, checking workmanship against code, spec, and our own internal standard, not just whatever passes a cursory look.

That process is documented at every stage, not assumed. Punch lists get tracked to zero, testing gets logged, and sign-offs happen at defined checkpoints rather than all at once at the end, so problems get caught and corrected while they’re still cheap and easy to fix, not after a general contractor or owner finds them first.

It’s the last checkpoint in a process that started long before the first inspection: Preconstruction planned it, Project Design drew it, Prefabrication built ahead of schedule, Logistics kept material moving, and our crews installed it in the field. Quality Control is where all of that gets confirmed, not assumed, the final proof that a project delivered the way it was promised.
