CONSTRUCTION

This is where the plan becomes a building. Our electricians self-perform the work on-site, running conduit, pulling wire, setting gear, and installing the systems that make a facility actually function, executing the design our engineering team drew and the components our shop already built rather than figuring it out as they go.

That execution runs on the same discipline behind every other part of the process: OSHA-certified crews, licensed electricians, and a safety standard that doesn’t change whether it’s a two-week turnaround or a multi-year commercial build. Field work moves fast because nothing about it is improvised, the sequencing, the materials, and the crew all showed up already knowing the job.

None of that happens in isolation. Preconstruction sets the plan, Project Design draws it, Prefabrication builds what can be built ahead of time, and Logistics makes sure it’s on-site when it’s needed, so by the time our crews are on the ladder, most of the hard problems have already been solved. What’s left is the part people actually see: the work getting done, on schedule, done right the first time.
