Today, Fountain employs over 400 people in five regional offices across the Carolinas.
In keeping with its commitment to the industry, its customers, and its employees, Fountain is announcing the appointment of Scott Martin as President. Martin brings more than three decades of executive leadership experience spanning manufacturing, private equity, and trade-related operations to lead Fountain’s continued growth across its industrial, commercial, and residential service lines.

Martin spent 11 years at Rheem Manufacturing, a privately held international manufacturer of home comfort systems, rising from Director / VP of Marketing to President of the Water Heater Division and ultimately to Chief Operating Officer and President & CEO. He later served as Executive Chairman of Huntington Packaging Holdings and Operating Partner at Mill Point Capital.
