5-story, steel-framed hotel building consists of 139 guestrooms with various support functions. Public spaces on the ground floor include front desk service, five meeting rooms, a lounge with a wet bar, a fitness center, an outdoor patio area with a fire pit, a swimming pool, and a bath/shower house.
Project also included various site improvements such as parking lots, walkways, landscaping, a retention pond, on-site utility services, and tie-ins within the property limit lines.
